January 2023 Curriculum updates

Core course

The following lessons were added to the core course:

• 3:1:3 Giving directions
• 3:1:4 My town, your town
• 3:1:5 An adventure in town
• 3:1:6 Review: My town
• 3:2:1 Chores at home
• 3:2:2 Do I have to?
• 3:2:3 Volunteering
• 3:2:4 Grammar: Gerunds
• 3:2:5 Story: Tom’s broken leg
• 3:2:6 Review: Helping others
• 3:3:1 Weather

Additionally, minor edits and updates were made to several other core course lessons in response to teachers’ feedback.

Ultimate curriculum lessons

Ultimate curriculum members also gained access to the following lessons, in the English News and Seasonal Celebrations (lunar new year) courses:

• Zodiac animals (A1)
• Lunar New Year celebrations around the world (A2)
• Netflix cracks down on password sharing (English News)
