Katie has always been quick to answer questions and give feedback in the facebook group to check your progress and to see if you have grasped the concepts. This course is well worth an investment of your time!

XiaoHongShu bootcamp Great course. Lots of insights, and being broken down into separate days ment it was possible to absorb and implement that days suggestions. By the end of the week I'd learnt enough to be actually posting effective posts. Nice having constructive feedback from others on the course in the dedicated Facebook group.

XiaoHongShu bootcamp This course was very informative and easy to understand. Katie walked me through the entire process of establishing a XiaoHongShu account as well as setting up my profile. Once set up, she guided me through things to post as well as how the app works. Katie provides the demographics for the app as well so you know your audience. Well worth taking this three part course! If thats not enough for you, she also offers additional services like translation and specific posts for you to share.

XiaoHongShu bootcamp I started the bootcamp as a complete novice - I had heard of XiaoHongShu but had no idea how to get started! In just five days I now have a much better understanding of 1)how it works 2)how to post 3)what to post 4)how to get a better reach with my posts. I have even created a post! I haven't started my journey as an Independent teacher yet, but I now feel like it is much more attainable, because I need to market myself first in order to get clients, and this course has given me the knowledge. XiaoHongShu bootcamp As soon as I joined Abridge, Katie made me feel welcome and supported. The bootcamp was incredibly inspiring and I really felt as though I was working through a process which was leading me towards becoming a successful independent online teacher.The course was broken down into 3 webinars, each a comfortable 45 minutes in duration. The first session was called "Optimising your profile." Here we learned that XHS is a social ecommerce site rather than simply a social media site and that its activity is known as microblogging. We were given essential information as to the type of our audience and its mindset. We were then told how we can clearly present ourselves on the site in order to best appeal to our niche audiences.In session 2 we learned about "Posting and funnel strategy." We discussed the need for a purpose to our posts and the importance of building a relationship with our audience. We discussed different types of posts including value posts and inspiration posts and it was suggested that we plan a posting schedule.In the third session we were introduced to some "Algorithm secrets." We were reminded that this is a microblogging site not simply a social media site. We learned about the importance of engagement, shares and watch time and were prompted to think how we could achieve these metrics for our campaigns. It was impressed upon us how significant the first 24 hours of the life of a post is and we were shown how using the right hashtags can boost performance.Having known absolutely nothing about XiaoHongshu and precious little about social media marketing before this bootcamp, after just 3 x 45 minute sessions, I feel empowered. Entering into a somewhat overwhelming world of independent online teaching in a foreign market, this is exactly the kind of supporting environment I had hoped I could find. Thank you Abridge and thank you Katie. I'm looking forward to the journey!

Being a non-techy person, posting regularly on social media felt daunting to say the least.
